Complainant’s hill is filed for the purpose of enforcing, out of the trust estate, payment of a debt created by the trustee for the benefit of the trust. The property which he seeks to charge is a tract of land and its improvements, held in trust for the support and maintenance of the defendant, Mrs. Virginia Brown and her chil*581dren, remainder, at death of Mrs. Brown, to her children then living and the representatives of such as are dead. In default of such issue, then the remainder is devised to the surviving sisters of Mrs. Brown, and on the death of such survivors, to the issue of such.
