KENNEY, Judge.

Appellants, Marcia and Edward Lopata, present questions arising from a lawsuit instituted by them against multiple defendants in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. The lawsuit pertained to appellants’ purchase of a parcel of real property with improvements known as “The Terraces” in Arnold, Maryland. Appellees, Mildred and Eugene Miller, real estate agents associated with the real estate brokerage, Champion Realty, Inc., coordinated the purchase.
