Following a jury trial, appellant Miles Jimmerson a/k/a Jimmerson Miles was convicted of malice murder, felony murder (two counts), aggravated assault (two counts), aggravated battery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony in connection with a March 2004 shooting in which Charles Wilcoxson was killed and Kevin Colbert was injured.
