DOYLE, Judge.
David M. Gray, Jr. appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bedford County, which granted summary judgment to Bed-ford Borough.
Gray was walking on a sidewalk in Bedford Borough when he tripped and fell over a protruding piece of metal pipe and sustained injuries to his chin, both wrists,' right elbow, and left knee. He fell in front of a business, Farmer’s Hardware, located at 142 East Pitt Street, which was owned by Paul and Nancy Logue.
