This suit was brought by W. H., Biswell, as t plaintiff, against R. L. Gladney, W. H. Burnett, and D. J. Munsey, to recover upon a vendor’s lien note executed by Gladney, and to foreclose the lien against all the defendants. Munsey alleged that he had acquired the land upon which the foreclosure was' sought under a warranty deed from Will A.
