Appeal from decisions of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed July 15, 1981 and December 9, 1981, which denied further compensation benefits to claimant. Claimant sustained a compensable injury to his left arm on February 25, 1971, and was subsequently awarded benefits. Immediately after the accident he was treated by Dr. Owen W. Young, an orthopedic surgeon, and remained under his care until May 3, 1973, when, dissatisfied with the services of Dr. Young, he changed physicians. An action charging Dr. Young with malpractice was commenced in 1974 and a note of issue was filed March 7,1975.…
