This matter comes before the Montana Supreme Court from the District Court, Sixteenth Judicial District, Rosebud County, under the automatic review provisions of sections 95-2206.12 *306through 95-2206.15, R.C.M.1947, now sections 46-18-307 through 46-18-310 MCA.
