Appellants Dr. Chris and Jill Bellicini, James and Megan McIntosh, Edward and Kathy Sobota, and Christopher and Lynn Schmauch (Appellants) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County (Common Pleas), dated October 27, 2016. Common Pleas reversed the decision of the Unity Township Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB), thereby sustaining SBA Towers IX, LLC's (SBA Towers) appeal of the denial of SBA Towers' and Pittsburgh SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless' (Verizon) application for a special exception (Application).
