MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT G. MAYER, Bankruptcy Judge.

THIS CASE is before the court on the United States Trustee’s motion to dismiss for substantial abuse under § 707(b) of the Bankruptcy Code. For the reasons stated below, the motion will be denied.

Background
