MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HEARTFIELD, District Judge.

Before the Court is the Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and the Plaintiffs “Motion for Leave of Court to File Plaintiffs First Supplemental and Amending Complaint.”

The Court hereby DENIES the Plaintiffs request to amend or supplement his Complaint and hereby GRANTS the Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment in full.
