Before the court are the motions of plaintiffs Elkem Metals Company (“Elk-em”), American Alloys, Inc. (“American Alloys”), 1 Applied Industrial Materials Corporation (“AIMCOR”), and CC Metals & Alloys, Inc. (“CCMA”), and plaintiff-in-tervenor Globe Metallurgical, Inc.
