Dale K. McCullough (Appellant) appeals from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of York County which sustained the one-year suspension of Appellants operators license by the Department of Transportation (DOT) pursuant to Section 1547 of the Vehicle Code (Code), 75 Pa. C. S. §1547. The trial courts decision is affirmed.
