In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of an *731employment contract, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Sherwood, J.), dated December 23, 2005, as granted that branch of the defendant’s motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the claim based upon an alleged oral agreement dated August 2000.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
