Following a show cause hearing pursuant to Bar Rule 4-106, the special master entered findings of fact and conclusions of law indicating that Alvin R. Lenoir pled guilty to one count of “theft of government property under $100.00” as alleged in Criminal Information Number L93-CR-522 of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and that under the circumstances, the theft is a misdemeanor crime involving moral turpitude.
