OPINION

STEIN, District Judge.

Oswald Johnson, acting pro se, has commenced this action alleging that the East-chester Union Free School District discriminated against him based on his age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § § 621 et seq. when it changed the location and hours of his job. The school district has now moved pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 56 for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
