Ronald W. Disney, Michael Bingham, Disney Bingham Investments, Inc. (“DBI”), and GAI Lewisville, Inc. (“GAI”) appeal from orders of the trial court denying their motions for summary judgment and granting Gollan’s motion for partial summary judgment and motions for summary judgment.
