ELLIS, Judge.

Appellant David Winsor appeals from an order entered in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri granting Respondent Terex-Telect, Inc.’s Motion to Vacate Default Judgment pursuant to Rule 74.05(d).

On October 23, 1998, Appellant filed a petition for damages in the Circuit Court of Jackson County against Respondent and Service Plus, Inc. for physical injuries he sustained while replacing telephone wire from a boom truck along a stretch of road in Cass County, Missouri.
