This is an appeal from .an order by the circuit court denying class certification under Rule 23 of the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure. The appellants in this appeal are Barbara Mittry, who is the personal representative of the Estate of F.K. “Bill” Mittry, deceased, and Joseph fiarvey, as representatives in their individual capacities and of all others similarly situated.
