This is an appeal by Sheldon & Co., libelant below and appellant here, from a decree of the District Court awarding $400 damages to it on ae- ' count of a loss of four eases of musical instruments.
On July 4, 1924, Julius Rudert delivered seven eases of musical instruments to the Hamburg-Amerikanisehe Paeketfahrt-Actien-Gesellschaft, hereinafter called the Hamburg Company, at Hamburg, Germany, consigned to G.
