OPINION
MARGARET GARNER MIRABAL, Justice.
This is an appeal of a summary judgment for the defendant in a personal injury case involving premise liability and employer liability issues. We affirm.
Plaintiff Cheston Good was a pipefitter apprentice employed by Gulf States, Inc. Gulf States constructed a pipe rack at a hydrocarbon plant being built by defendant Dow Chemical Company.
