The appellees on this record recovered a judgment in the Superior Court of Baltimore City for $1,395.46 against the appellants. This is the defendants’ appeal from that judgment.
It appears from the record that the parties to the suit entered into a written contract by which (the plaintiff agreed to sell and the defendants to buy from the plaintiff five thousand tons of 48 hour “Orr” West Virginia Furnace Coke to be shipped by the plaintiff as directed by the defendants.
