ARCHIBALD, Justice.

Helen M. (Young) Leonard has appealed from the decision of a Superior Court Justice sitting as the Supreme Court of Probate sustaining the allowance of the last will and testament of J. Herbert Gould by the Judge of the Knox County Probate Court. Although there is nothing in the record which defines the exact relationship of the appellant to the testator, it was stipulated that she bore such a relationship as an heir-at-law to the testator that she had standing to appeal from the allowance of the will. 4 M.R.S.A. § 401.
