This is an action to establish a mechanic’s lien against the property of the defendants brought by the contractor who built a house for them. The trial court awarded plaintiff judgment in the amount of $10,539.44 and a lien. Only two of the allegations of prejudicial error stated in the brief are properly before this court and only one of these was included in the motion for new trial.
