This case is before the Court on Defendant Howard University Hospital’s (“Howard”) motion for summary judgment. See Dkt. 12. Plaintiff Fannie Brown was 60 years old when she began working for Howard as the Director of Graduate Medical Education (“GME”) in January 2011; She was 62 years old when she was fired in December 2012.
