DAVIS, Judge.

Plaintiff is a civil service annuitant who asks for greater retirement benefits than the Civil Service Commission is willing to give her. With credit for over twenty-three years of federal service, she voluntarily resigned from her government job in August 1953 when she was 55 years of age. 1 ****Her retirement rights were governed by the Civil Service Retirement Act of May 29, 1930, 46 Stat. 468, as amended, now 5 U.S.C. § 2251 et seq., under which she could obtain a federal annuity beginning the first of the month following the day when she became 62. 2 She reached that age on…
