This Appeal comes to this court from the Court of Common Pleas of Orangeburg County for the purpose of construing the will of Rivers F. Murden, a bachelor who died August 17, 1942, leaving his property to four nephews and one niece namely: B. D- Davis, a son of a predeceased sister by the name of Letha Davis; Walter ,K.
