In a 43-count indictment, defendant Danniel Henney and his codefendant Dino Dieorpo were charged with first degree murder, aggravated arson, burglary and residential burglary. Defendant’s case was severed from that of his codefendant and separate trials were held. Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of six counts of first degree murder and one count each of burglary, arson and aggravated arson.
