On January 11, 2007, after a bench trial, the defendant was found guilty of two counts of distribution of cocaine, G. L. c. 94C, § 32A(c); and one count of possession of cocaine, G. L. c. 94C, § 32A(c). After the verdicts, the defendant pleaded guilty to the subsequent offender portion of one of the distribution indictments, G. L. c. 94C, § 32A(d), and to the subsequent offender portion of the possession charge.
