RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

[1] Appellant-Defendant, Clayton Doctor (Doctor), appeals the trial court’s Order denying Doctor’s motion to suppress the evidence seized during a traffic stop.

[2] We affirm and remand for further proceedings.
