Plaintiff, a resident of Kentucky, sued in the state court for injuries sustained in *10Missouri, while a passenger in an automobile driven by her husband, when the car in which plaintiff was riding collided with an automobile driven by defendant, a resident of Kansas. The case reached this Court by the usual removal procedure. By motion defendant seeks “leave to make William H.
