Defendant-Appellant Jackson was convicted by a jury of attempted murder. He was sentenced to fifty (50) years, enhanced by thirty (30) years by reason of his status as an habitual offender for a total of eighty (80) years. Jackson identifies six issues in this direct appeal.…
