On March 12, 1999, the parties in State of Utah v. United States Dep’t of the Interior (Case No. 2:98 CV 880) [the “Utah Suit”] were before the Court to argue cross motions for summary judgment filed by Plaintiff State of Utah (the “State”), Defendant United States, 1 and Defendant-Intervenor Private Fuel Storage L.L.C.
