The Bond & Mortgage Guarantee Company is a corporation organized under the Insurance Law of the state of New York and subject to the supervision of its insurance department. It was engaged in tho business of guaranteeing the payment of the principal and interest of mortgages including those against which are issued and now outstanding $350,000,000 of participation certificates and of which complainants are the holders of $12,100.
