The plaintiff, a stockholder of the Bank of United States, has brought an action in behalf of herself and all other stockholders similarly situated to compel directors of the bank to account for their conduct as such directors in committing alleged acts of waste of the moneys of the bank, by planning and carrying out a merger of the Colonial Bank with the Bank of United States.
