Mountain Valley Education Association (“the Association”) appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Alexander, J.) affirming a decision of the Maine Labor Relations Board (“the Board”) upholding Maine School Administrative District No. 43’s (“SAD 43”) unilateral implementation of its last best offer on wages and insurance.
