COFFEY, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiffs appeal the district court’s denial of their petition for appellate attorneys fees. We affirm.

This appeal of individual and class claims alleging racial discrimination in employment practices, retaliation for protesting such discrimination, and violation of First Amendment rights is before this court for the third time. 1 In Ekanem v.
