The plaintiff in this antitrust action is Mul-tistate Legal Studies, Inc. (“PMBR”), a commercial provider of bar examination preparation to would-be lawyers in Colorado and elsewhere. PMBR claims that anticompeti-tive actions by two other providers of bar review courses, defendants Harcourt Brace Jovanovieh Legal and Professional Publications, Inc.
