Defendant is currently serving an eighty-four-month prison term imposed in July 2011, following a guilty plea to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine and a detectable amount of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Before the Court is defendant’s motion to reduce his sentence to seventy-eight months pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c) and Amendments 782 and 788 to the United States Sentencing Commission Guidelines Manual (“U.S.S.G.”).
