Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Lynch, J.), entered January 20, 2000 in Schenectady County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs motion to set aside the verdict and ordered a new trial.

As a result of injuries sustained when she slipped and fell on an uncovered wood deck outside a ladies’ room at defendant’s rustic Adirondack campground, plaintiff commenced this action seeking damages for defendant’s negligence.
