SELYA, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-appellant Jonathan Feldman pleaded guilty to a twelve-count indictment charging him with fraud and interstate transportation of stolen property. See 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341, 1343, 2314; 42 U.S.C. § 408(a)(7)(B). The district court convened a disposition hearing on August 3, 1995. Using the version of the guidelines that was in effect on that date, see United States v. Harotunian, 920 F.2d 1040, 1041-42 (1st Cir.1990), the court computed the guideline sentencing range (GSR) at 30-37 months and imposed a 33-month incarcerative sentence. Feldman now challenges the…
