— Plaintiff-appellant Julia Newton appeals from a negative judgment following trial by jury in her action to recover damages for personal injury.
The facts of the case indicate that plaintiff’s alleged injuries were sustained as the result of a collision between an auto mobile operated by her sister, Helen Prall, and an automobile operated by defendant-appellee George Yates, an uninsured motorist.
