From Laporte Circuit Court; J. O. Richter, Judge. Action by William H. Oren against tbe board of commissioners of St. Joseph county for services rendered in sale of bonds. From a judgment in favor of defendant, plaintiff appeals.

Action by the appellant against the appellee to recover commissions alleged to be due to' appellant for services rendered by him in the sale of certain bonds issued by the county of St. Joseph. The suit was brought in the St. Joseph Circuit Court, and the venue was changed to Laporte county. The complaint was in two paragraphs. The answer was in four, the first being the general denial. A demurrer tO' the third paragraph of the answer was overruled, and, thereupon, the first, second, and fourth paragraphs of tbe answer were withdrawn.
