Bowers, a justice of the peace in said county, at the instance of John M. Crowder, who claimed to have taken up the property while adrift iu Paint Rock river; on the petition of John F. Fletcher & Co., claiming to be the owners of the property, for a writ of certiorari to remove the proceedings into the Circuit Court for revision.
