Higgins, Judge Joanna Palmer challenges the circuit court’s order approving modifications to an easement by necessity crossing her property. The court did so after finding that the modifications are reasonably necessary for the beneficial use of property owned by R. A. Yancey Lumber Corporation (“Yancey”).
