DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Appellant, Timothy T. Johnson, appeals the sentence imposed by the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas following a remand from this court for resentencing pursuant to the Ohio Supreme Court's ruling inState v. Foster, 109 Ohio St.3d 1, 2006-Ohio-856. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
