MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DETERMINING DIS-CHARGEABILITY OF DEBTS

This proceeding came on for trial on the plaintiffs complaint seeking to determine the dischargeability of certain student loan debts under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8) and 42 U.S.C. § 292f(g). Defendant United States counterclaimed for the amount of the student loan indebtedness allegedly owing the United States, $75,894.82, plus interest, plus attorney’s fees and costs. Cass S.
