Appellants (plaintiffs below) sought to establish and enforce a trust in certain lands. From a decree refusing the prayed relief, there is this appeal.

The background facts are lengthy. In 1929, Mr. H. Coldren organized a corporation known as the Northern Ohio Company (hereinafter called the “new company”) with 1,000 shares of stock issued and outstanding. Mr. H.
