This appeal involves two consolidated actions concerning claims on a promissory note, open accounts, and setoffs thereto. In one action, plaintiffs, Gerald J. and William Karg (the Kargs), sued defendants, Allen Mitchek, Robert Graves, and Mitchek and Graves partnership, upon a promissory note (promissory note case). In the other action, Allen Mitchek sued Gerald J. Karg; Albert E. Karg; Victor W.
