BRUGGINK, Judge.

On May 7, 1992, petitioner Judith Ward Mattox was suspended from the practice of law before this court. The suspension was to continue until Ms. Mattox complied with the requirements for reinstatement pursuant to Appendix F, Rule VI, of the Rules for The United States Court of Federal Claims (“RCFC”) (hereafter, all subsequent references to rules within the RCFC are to Appendix F).
