MERRILL, Justice.

This appeal is by Security'Life and Trust Company, defendant below, from a judgment in favor of the appellee in the sum of $10,000. The action was on a life insurance policy and was heard by the trial court without a jury. The widow, appellee, has since remarried, changing her name from Galin to Linton.
